Monitor the real-time connectivity status of your cameras and start streaming sessions using the Live Stream vehicle list.
This page shows you which vehicles are online and ready for a live video request.

Permissions for live streaming
To use this feature, you must have Video: Live Stream permissions. If you are not an administrator, your administrator must also grant you Manage Vehicle permissions.

Accessing the live stream list
To open the vehicle list for live streaming:
- In Reveal, go to the Video screen.

Click the LIVE STREAM button. The Live Stream Vehicle List screen opens.
- To return to the main video page, click Video at the top of the screen.
Monitoring camera status and online vehicles
The list displays the current connectivity for every vehicle in your fleet with an AI Dashcam or road-facing camera installed.
Note
The list does not display information for Driver Facing Cameras or Extended View Cameras (EVC).
The Dashcam Status column indicates if a camera is ready to stream:
- Online (Green): The vehicle is active and the camera is connected to the network. You can start a live stream.
- Offline (Gray): The vehicle ignition is off or the camera lost its connection. Streaming is unavailable for these vehicles.
Refreshing status data
The page header shows a Last Updated timestamp to show the age of the status data. To manually reload the connectivity data for your fleet, click the REFRESH button.
Finding vehicles in the list
Use the search and sort features to locate specific vehicles:
- Search: Enter a vehicle name or an Electronic Serial Number (ESN) into the Search bar to filter results. Click CLEAR in the search bar to reset the view.
- Sorting: Click the arrows in the Vehicle column header to sort the list.
Starting a live stream session
To start a session:
- Locate an Online vehicle in the list.
- In the Action column, click WATCH LIVE STREAM. The live stream modal opens to begin the session.
If a vehicle is Offline, the WATCH LIVE STREAM button is disabled.
Note
If a vehicle goes offline during a session, the stream will time out. Ensure your vehicles have a clear view of the sky and stable cellular coverage for the best performance.
Note
Groups - Live streaming is limited to your authorized groups, though you may still see other vehicles listed.
Managing monthly live stream caps
- Cap counter: Check the Cap Counter at the top of the screen to see your remaining sessions.
- Monthly cap: Every account has a monthly allowance of 40 live stream sessions per calendar month.
- Sharing: All users within the account share the 40-session total. If the sessions are used up, the feature is unavailable until the allowance resets at the beginning of the next month.
- Rollover: Remaining sessions do not roll over to the following month.
