This article describes how to resolve a vehicle inspection defect after a driver reported the defect in the Reveal Driver Plus mobile app and someone fixed the defect on the vehicle.
To resolve a defect:

Go to the Maintenance page.

Select the Inspection history tab. Optionally, use the filters to narrow down the list of inspections.

Click VIEW next to the inspection you want to view.

Under Failed items, click on the defect that you want to resolve.

Add an optional comment, and then click RESOLVE. Comments are visible only in Reveal, not to drivers.

In the dialog box, click RESOLVE.

The inspection will be shown to the driver in the Reveal Driver Plus app as “Resolved”. The driver needs to reinspect the vehicle and certify that the defect has been resolved. If the driver certifies the defect, the inspection is shown as “Certified” on the Inspection history page in Reveal. If the driver marks the defect as failed, because the defect has not yet been resolved, the inspection is shown as “Failed”.
