Troubleshooting fuel card integrations

If you added your fuel cards and you are not seeing any data in your account after one week of your integration:

  • Check you have entered the correct account number
    Go to Admin > Provider > Accounts tab
  • Check fuel card IDs have been entered in correct format
    Go to Admin > Provider > Fuel cards


If this information is correct and you still cannot see data, please contact your fuel provider.
