Customise account settings

Customise job to do, ETAs, job alerts, users, technicians and groups in Scheduler.

To get started

  1. To access settings, click Scheduler > Settings cog mceclip0.png
  2. In account settings, select from the following options:

Job to do

Add a job to do, description, duration, and the names of skilled technicians who can complete the work. This information will be suggested to you when you create a job. Learn more about adding technicians’ skills.

Show Estimated Time of Arrivals (ETAs)

The Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) feature in Scheduler shows the approximate time when a technician will arrive at a job location. Learn more about how to get a technician’s ETA.

Job alerts

Set up notifications to let you know when a technician is running late for their next job, has not read a recently dispatched job, or when a job review has been received. Learn more about how to edit job alert settings.
