The Travel and Stops Report helps you see where your vehicles go and where they stop. It shows how much time is spent driving, idling (running the engine while parked), and standing still. Use this report to help improve efficiency by identifying long travel and stop times.
Choose which sensors to include in your report. Sensors are hardware installed on vehicles to monitor equipment like lifts, power take-offs (PTOs), and trailer doors.
You can view when sensors are:
Switched On and Off
Switched On Only
Switched Off Only
Advanced options
Show: Choose to display Address Only, Geofences, or Both geofences and addresses.
Include closest x Geofences: Select the number of nearby geofences to display (from 1 to 5).
Stop filters: Define how the system measures the start and end of a stop:
Both Ignition Off and Idle Stops: Measured by vehicle movement.
Ignition Off Stops only: Measured by when the ignition is turned on or off.
Hide Stops less than x minutes: Set a minimum duration for stops. Stops shorter than this time are counted as driving time and won't appear as stops in the report.
Time Zone: Set the report time based on the User, Vehicle, or UTC.
Include time range: Select the time range for the report.
