Welcome to the November 2023 edition of Reveal updates. This month we talk about our new and exciting Electric Vehicle launch in Europe, the new Status Page support tool and our upcoming Video Coaching. Read on to find out more.

Our Reveal Electric Vehicle features are now available in Europe. These features include:

• Battery level percentage: near real-time battery level percentage to identify which EVs in your fleet have the most/least battery level
• Charging status: charging status informs you of which EVs are actively being charged at any given time
• EV Summary report for charging activity and highlights the when, where, how long, and battery level
• EV Low Battery Alert: allow you to configure a battery % threshold to receive alerts if a vehicle reaches that value

Status Page support tool

We just released our newest digital support option, the Status Page which provides you with the real-time status of your Reveal platform and the platform components such as Spotlight and Live Map. With this new feature, you will no longer need to call in to support to determine if there is an issue. Status Page can be accessed from the Reveal help centre or click below to try it out now. The new Status Page features include:

• Conveniently located with no admin access required
• Colour coded status by platform component
• 24 components monitored per region

Coming soon

Video coaching

Coming soon, if you have Integrated Video, you will be able to assign coaching statuses, add coaching notes and track coaching progress over time. This will allow you to take a more proactive approach to safety initiatives by making it easier to identify areas for improvement. With the new Driver Profile, you will be able see a birds-eye view of each driver and create personalized coaching plans for them based on video data.
