If you have more than one contract account number, select the contract account number you want to change.
Check that you are on the Contracts & subscriptions tab before continuing.
Under Change my subscriptions click Request changes to subscriptions.
Under When do you want the change to take place? select one of the timeframe options. These are:
Mid-service term: This option applies your requested changes at the end of the next billing cycle, no more than 60 days after the request.
End of current service term: This option applies the changes at the end of the contract term.
Under Who should we contact about this change? select one of the options, and then fill in the relevant contact details. This contact person can be you, or someone else, but must be an authorised representative of your company.
Open the drop-down list under Why do you want to make this change? and select one of the options. Then add an optional description.
Review the details of your request. If they appear correct, submit the request. If you want to change anything in your request, click BACK.
