Assign a technician that knows your customer
A dispatcher can use smart Scheduler in Reveal Field to help decide which technician to assign to a job based on location and skill. Want to assign a technician that knows the customer? Now you can with our new "Knows customer" filter.
In Reveal Field, dispatchers will soon have the option to dispatch multiple jobs at once instead of just one job at a time. Stay tuned to our monthly Reveal updates for more information.
