Adding fuel cards

You need to add a fuel card to see data in reports or on the dashboard.

Note: A vehicle can have one or more fuel cards assigned to it, but a fuel card can only be assigned to one vehicle.

1. Once you have requested your fuel card integration, you are directed to the Add or import cards page.
   (Alternatively, in Reveal, go to Admin Integrations.)
2. If you follow Admin Integrations path, you will be directed to the Integrations pages.
3. On the Integrations page, choose Manage next to the relevant provider account.

   

4. Choose IMPORT CARDS or ADD CARD.

   

5. Choose ADD CARD.
   You can also bulk upload cards by choosing IMPORT CARDS.
6. In the FUEL CARD ID field, enter the fuel card ID.
   (For information about the fuel card ID format, see the Fuel card ID format table below.)
7. In the ASSIGNED VEHICLE field, start entering the vehicle name and then select the vehicle from list.
   If vehicles in your account are assigned to groups, you will only see vehicles from the groups that you have access to.
8. In the START DATE field, enter a date.
   You can enter a date in the past, but you can’t enter a future date. If you choose not to enter a date, the current date is saved.
9. Choose SAVE. A message notifies you that the fuel card has been added.
10. You can also use the search option to search a fuel card assignment by fuel card ID or vehicle name.

    

    We are unable to validate fuel card IDs. The only way to know your account has been integrated is by checking your fuel reports and dashboard to see if this updated fuel data has appeared.
