Recently released
Video coaching sessions now available
If you have Integrated Video, you can now take advantage of Coaching Sessions inside the new Coaching Tab. This allows you to coach drivers on multiple videos marked as “Coaching Needed” by behavior, such as tailgating.
Highway integration
Highway is a new Reveal integrated partner. The integration between Verizon Connect and Highway helps brokers and carriers connect with both speed and security. This is a 1-way integration where Highway pulls Verizon Connect vehicle and location data into its platform. By connecting with Reveal, Highway verifies Assets and Vehicles to recent activity in order to detect fraud and protect carriers from identity theft. Fleetyr integration
Our new integration with Fleetyr allows you to connect with over 70 fleet and mobility related software and hardware products. Click below to visit the Marketplace to learn more.
Drivewyze Free
The Drivewyze Free app allows fleets and drivers to receive an essential set of in-cab safety alerts and advisories in advance of potentially risky areas on the roadway, at no cost to our Verizon Connect customers.
Open a new support case via Chat in the Customer Portal
Within the Customer Portal, Chat is replacing the ability to email support to open a case. This enhancement allows for immediate resolution for certain inquiries and can reduce the need for a callback by gathering additional details upon case opening.
Coming soon
Reveal will soon support GM vehicles with built-in telematics hardware
In the coming weeks, fleets with compatible GM vehicles can be tracked within Reveal without any downtime for hardware installation. Reveal will be able to receive vehicle data directly from the built-in telematics hardware.
Integrated Video CSV export
You will soon be able to download video data in CSV format to import into 3rd party systems for further analysis.
Seat belt unfastened classifications
When an unfastened seat belt is identified on a driver, the event will now be classified as "Moderate" when the vehicle is traveling between 6-50 mph and "Major" for anything 50 mph
