This article describes one of the methods for processing a Reveal order. It applies when you have not yet signed the contract for your order. Another method for processing a Reveal order is described under Add vehicles to Reveal using the “Get started” page.
To complete your order, you need the following information:

Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) for all vehicle tracking subscriptions in your order

Payment information

In the email that you have received from us, click the link.

A new web page opens, and you will see the Finalize your order page. This is the start of the process to complete your order.

Click Continue.

Check your order summary to confirm it is correct. You might see that your order is grouped into more than one bundle. For more information, see How order bundles work.

Click Continue.

Check your shipping address. If it is incorrect, contact your Sales Rep.

Click Continue.

The Add vehicles page displays a card for each bundle in your order that has vehicle tracking subscriptions.
Select each card, click Add vehicles to Bundle x, and add the VINs for the vehicles that will be getting the combination of hardware and services listed in the bundle. As you add your VINs, we will validate and decode them. Any errors are displayed next to the VIN. To solve errors, delete the VIN and re-add it. To continue from this page, you must enter a valid VIN for each vehicle tracking subscription in your order. If you want to change the number of vehicle tracking subscriptions, contact your Sales Rep.

When you have finished adding all vehicles to all bundles, click Continue.

On the Sign contract page, you can optionally add special instructions for your order. Then, click Review and sign contract.

Your contract opens in DocuSign, where you can review and sign it. Once signed, click Finish.

(Optional) If you have any questions about your contract, contact your Sales Rep.

On the Add payment method page, select between Direct Debit and Card, and then enter your payment details. If we are unable to validate your payment details, an error message shows on this page. You need to check and re-enter the payment details before you can continue. You will not be charged now. For more information, see What we do with your payment details.

Once your payment details have been successfully confirmed, you will see the order confirmation page. Your order is now complete, and we will arrange for any hardware to be sent out. On this page you can download a copy of your contract if required.

If you are a new Reveal customer, you will receive a Welcome email that instructs you on how to log in to Reveal.
When you place an order with Verizon Connect, it is made up of one or more bundles, where each bundle defines a group of Verizon Connect products that will be used in the same vehicle or asset.
For example, you might have a bundle of 5 vehicle tracking subscriptions and 5 cameras. That means, in each of your vehicles you will have a vehicle tracking unit and a camera. If you have additional vehicles requiring a vehicle tracker but not a camera, then this is a separate bundle, containing only the vehicle tracking subscription.
It is important that when you add your VINs, you ensure you add them to the correct bundle that matches the hardware that is going into those vehicles.
Note that for bundles of asset trackers we do not require VINs, and these are not displayed on the Add vehicles page.
Your payment details will be validated and stored against your account. You will not be charged anything until your order is finalized and your subscriptions activated. You will be able to view and manage your payment details through the Customer Portal, which can be accessed through the My Account page inside Reveal Note that only admin users have access to this area.
