How video alerts work
Reveal uses video alerts to notify you when the system detects unsafe driving behavior. These alerts are enabled by default.
Events are classified by urgency to help you prioritize which videos to watch first:
- Critical
- Major
- Moderate
Alerts and notification settings
Notification settings remain enabled until an administrator updates them. The first user created for your company's Reveal account is typically the administrator.
To update notification recipients or the frequency of alerts, an administrator must first grant you Full access permissions. They can do this in Admin > Manage Roles and Permissions.
