Add technicians' skills

Add technicians’ skills into Scheduler so that when you create a job using the *smart recommendations feature, you can filter by the most skilled technicians for that job type.

*Smart recommendations are not yet available for all users.

How to add skills

  1. In Scheduler, go to Settings > Account Settings and click on ADD JOB TO DO.
  2. Enter the job type, for example, ‘Fix sink’, and the description, and expected duration.
  3. Under TECHNICIANS, add the technicians you know have the skills to complete this job type.
