Videos are not available in Reveal (Error code: Incomplete installation)
A Reveal admin with access to Admin > Camera List may see the following camera error code: Incomplete installation.
Note
Resolved camera errors can remain in the Camera List for up to 7 days.
Use this article to resolve the issue. A vehicle must have traveled continuously for 30 mins before installation is considered complete. If this is the case, follow the resolution steps.
Resolution steps
Make sure you are in an area with good cellular network coverage.
Turn on the engine.
Check the dashcam's camera indicator light sequence and follow the instructions to resolve the issue.
If no lights are showing, there is no power to the camera.
Check the cables to the camera are firmly plugged in, with no loose connections or blown fuses.
The issue is fixed when the camera is powered on without continually rebooting and the indicator lights are stable.
