Drivers assigned to vehicles that are registered for Roadside Assistance can access the service through the Reveal Driver Plus app.
Request Roadside Assistance
To request Roadside Assistance:
Open the Reveal Driver Plus app.
Tap Roadside Assistance.
Take note of the last eight characters of the VIN.
Tap the Call button.
Give the service provider the last eight characters of the VIN.
Tell the service provider the vehicle’s location, including the nearest major street or crossroad, if you know it.
Roadside Assistance is not available in all areas, such as restricted roadways and toll roads. If you require assistance in one of these areas, the Roadside Assistance service provider will help you.
