How the Multi-Channel System Works
The EVC solution integrates seamlessly with your AI Dashcam to create a comprehensive video monitoring system:
- Multiple Perspectives: The system uses up to four peripheral cameras (rear, two side, cargo) in addition to your existing road-facing and in-cab driver monitoring camera.
- A 360-degree View for Drivers: A dash-mounted monitor is available to enable drivers to see live views of all peripheral cameras simultaneously. When in reverse, the monitor automatically switches to a full-size view of the Rear Camera feed, eliminating guesswork when reversing or parking.
- In-Platform and In-Cab Access: Fleet managers can access this multi-channel footage conveniently within the Verizon Connect platform.
