When you log in to Reveal for the first time, all of the vehicles in your fleet show on Live Map.
If you cannot see your vehicles on Live Map, yet your vehicles have tracking units installed and you have followed the following, refer to [en-us] Live Map troubleshooting for possible solutions. Alternatively, contact Support for assistance.
When tracking units are first installed, vehicles show as tracking unit numbers. These change to registration numbers after 24 hours. Re-name your vehicles to make them easier to recognise, and the list is displayed in alphabetical order.
To select which vehicles show on Live Map:
Click the Expand Panel icon to expand the fleet panel.
Click the Fleet selection tab or click the Select Vehicles link.
Select "Vehicles" from the drop-down menu. You will see a list of your vehicles in alphabetical order.
Use the check boxes beside each vehicle name to indicate which ones you want to see on the map. As you select vehicles, the map refreshes to show their locations.
If you have a large fleet of more than 500 vehicles or assets (up to 2,500), and several of your vehicles or assets are near one another, a black cluster icon is shown representing this grouping. A number on each cluster icon indicates how many vehicles or assets are contained in that cluster. Turn clustering on or off in Map Options.
