The Detailed report helps you improve dispatching efficiency and verify daily activity by providing a complete travel history for your vehicles, drivers, and assets. Use this data to investigate inconsistencies and optimise your fleet's performance.
The report includes the following information:
- Start and stop addresses.
- Time spent at each stop.
- Travel and idling times.
- Distances travelled.
Learn how to Run a report and then select from the following options:
Fleet selection
Configure who to include in the report using these options:
- Select entire fleet: Run the report for your entire fleet. You cannot manually select specific vehicles, assets, or drivers if you use this.
- Select vehicles: Select specific vehicles to include in your report.
- Select powered assets: Select specific powered assets to include.
- Select non-powered assets: Select specific non-powered assets.
- Select drivers: Select specific drivers.
- Select groups: Select specific groups.
- Results view: Choose to break down the report by vehicle or driver.
Note
The non-powered assets option is only available if the feature is enabled for your account. To enable this, contact Support.
Time settings
Define the time frame for your data:
- Select the date range for the report: Choose pre-set dates or define a custom range.
- Time range: Specify the hours to include, such as business hours.
- Days of week: To select specific days, clear the All days checkbox and select the buttons for the required days. For example, to view weekday activity, select Mon through Fri.
- Time zone: Base the report time on User, Vehicle, or UTC.
Advanced options
Refine your report with these additional filters:

Event view: Select View all events or Status updates only.
- Status updates show when a vehicle's status changes, such as from idling to moving.
- Show geofence: Set this toggle to include specific geofences and their addresses.
- Vehicle sensor: Set this toggle to include data from on-board equipment, such as lifts or PTOs.
- Show exceptions: Set this toggle to highlight events that exceed your benchmark parameters, such as excessive stops or late starts.
- Region: Select your country.
