Export appointment details and job records

In Scheduler, you can export appointment details and job records to share with your technicians, colleagues, or customers to account for work that has been carried out.
Appointment details include:
- Contact details
- Technician details
- Job description
- Administrative notes
Job records include:
- Contact details
- Technician details
- Job description
- Administrative notes
- Photos
- Signatures
Exporting appointment details
There are two ways to export appointment details in Scheduler, from the scheduler view and from the All jobs tab.
Scheduler view

In the scheduler view, click the job card that you want the details for.

Click the three dots menu

Select either Export details as CSV or Export details as PDF.
When the document is ready for download, a message will appear asking you to click DOWNLOAD.
All jobs tab

Click the All jobs tab
- Beside the appointment that you want the details for, click the three dots menu.
- Select either Export details as CSV or Export details as PDF.
When the document is ready for download, a message will appear asking you to click DOWNLOAD.
Exporting job records
There are two ways to export job records for saved jobs in Scheduler, from the scheduler view and from the All jobs tab.
Scheduler view
- In Scheduler, click the job card that you want the details for.
- Click the three dots menu.
- Click Export job records as PDF.
- Or, in the job panel, click VIEW, then click the three dots menu, and select Export job records as PDF.
- When the document is ready for download, a message will appear asking you to click DOWNLOAD.
All jobs tab
- Click the All jobs tab.
- Click the job card, then click the three dots menu. Select Export job records as PDF.
- Or, in the job panel, click VIEW, then click the three dots menu, and select Export job records as PDF.
- When the document is ready for download, a message will appear asking you to click DOWNLOAD.
There is a limit of 20MB for job record PDF downloads.
Opening a CSV with Excel
To ensure that all information displays correctly when exporting a CSV file with Excel, follow these steps:

Open the file with Excel and click the Data tab.

In the Get & Transform Data group, click From Text/CSV.

In the Import Data dialog box, locate and double-click the text file that you want to import, and click Import.

From the newly opened window, choose Delimited, and for the file origin choose Unicode (UTF-8). Then click Next.
Exporting details for multiple jobs
To export details for dispatched jobs as a CSV file, follow these steps:

In Scheduler, go to All Jobs.
- Select the jobs you want to export. To select all dispatched jobs on the current page, open the drop-down menu and choose Ready for export.
You can only do this for one page at a time.
- Choose Export CSV.
- In the confirmation dialog box, choose Export.
