Welcome to the October 2020 edition of Reveal updates. This month we talk smart scheduling, new road restriction warnings in our Navigation mobile app and updating the Nav maps to include new roads and posted speed limits.

Smart scheduling for jobs

Dispatchers can now get a scheduling recommendation based on the vehicle’s location. This is helpful when there’s an urgent job and you need to quickly identify a Technician that can get there right away.

New road restriction warnings in Nav

The Navigation mobile app now provides warnings of road restrictions that cannot be avoided en route including:

• Restriction warnings are now shown on the route overview screen and in text directions
• Warnings are given for physical restrictions such as height, weight and length restrictions/p>

Map update to Nav

We will soon be updating the maps in the Navigation app with new roads and posted speed limits. If you download map data, you will need to press the refresh icon in the top right corner under Map Data in the main menu after this update is made.
