Reassigning fuel cards

You can assign more than one fuel card to a vehicle. However, a fuel card can only be assigned to one vehicle.

To reassign a fuel card, do the following:

1. In Reveal, choose Admin Integrations.
2. On the Integrations page, choose Manage next to the relevant fuel account.
3. Locate the fuel card that you want to reassign.
4. Choose REASSIGN.
   
5. In the ASSIGNED VEHICLE field, enter the vehicle name.
   Note: You can’t change the start date when you reassign a fuel card. The start date is defaulted to today.
6. Choose SAVE.

A message notifies you that the fuel card has been assigned to the vehicle.
