Create a new support case
This article describes how to create a new support case when you are experiencing an issue in Reveal.
To create a new support case:
- Access the Customer Portal.
- Select Support Cases from the menu on the left.
- Make sure that you have endeavored to resolve your issue by using the help centre. Click View help centre in the upper right corner of the screen to view all help articles.
- Click Need Support? Chat with us in the upper right corner of the screen.
- In the Live Chat window, type your issue. If the suggested help articles don’t resolve your issue, type "Agent" to talk to a support agent. If the support agent can’t help you solve your issue, the agent will create a support case for you.
