Vehicle maintenance report

This report displays, for each vehicle, the due date of the next service and highlights any services that are overdue, helping you to ensure that all vehicles are maintained and serviced.

Report options

• Report type: Choose one of the available service types.
• Group by: Choose to group results by Vehicle, Service Plan Name, or No Grouping.
• Include page break between drivers: Select this option to display each driver on a separate page. This separation can make it easier to carry out administrative tasks on the report.

Advanced options

• Region: Select your country. Report metrics such as distance and date are displayed in the format of the selected country.
