The Daily report provides a summary of your fleet's daily activity. Use this report to track driver performance and specific metrics, including:
- Start and departure times
- Stop locations and arrival times
- Distances travelled
- Idle duration
Monitoring these details helps you identify patterns to improve driver productivity and reduce fuel costs.
In the report:
- Green text: Shows existing places or geofences.
- Red text: Shows suggested geofences.
To edit a place or approve a suggestion, click the colored text. To create a new geofence, click an address to open the location in Google Maps.
If your account includes sensors, you can choose which ones to include in the report.
Filter the data to show when sensors were Switched On and Off, Switched On Only, or Switched Off Only.
Sensors are hardware such as lifts, Power Take Off Sensors (PTOs), or trailer door sensors installed on your vehicles.
Advanced options
- Show Exceptions using: To highlight events that exceed your benchmarks, select this option and choose a filter. Exceptions identify events like excessive stops, late starts, or early finishes.

Stop filters: Choose how to measure stops:
- Both Ignition Off and Idle Stops: Measures stops based on vehicle movement
- Ignition Off Stops only: Measures stops based only on when the ignition is turned on or off.
- Hide Stops less than x minutes: Set a minimum stop duration. The report counts stops shorter than this time as driving time.
- Include page break between drivers: Start each driver's information on a new page.
- Show: Choose to display Address Only, Geofences, or Both.
- Include closest x Geofences: Select how many nearby Geofences to display (from 1 to 5).
- Time Zone: Display time based on the User, Vehicle, or UTC.
- Include time range: Select the specific hours to include in the report.
- Region: Select your country.
