Create a new support case

This article describes how to create a new support case when you are experiencing an issue in Reveal.

To create a new support case:

  1. In Reveal, click on your user icon in the upper right corner of the screen.

  2. Click MY ACCOUNT.

  3. From the My Account landing page, under Need help with Reveal?, click View and Create Support Cases. A new tab opens.

  4. Make sure the Support Cases tab is selected in the menu on the left.

  5. Make sure that you have endeavored to resolve any issues you might have by using the help centre. Click Help in the upper right corner of the screen to view all help articles.

  6. Click Create New Case in the upper right corner of the screen.

  7. Select a Type for your issue. The selected issue type determines the remaining settings that you need to fill in. To attach a file, click Attach File. Files can have a size up to 2GB. Executable files, including files with the extensions “.exe” and “.bat”, are not permitted.

  8. When you have finished completing the case details, click Submit. The case will be listed in your case list immediately.
