From the Order equipment and services section of My Account, you can order tracking units and get information about cameras for your vehicles.
To access the Order equipment page:
Click on your account profile icon in the upper right corner and select My Account.
From the My Account menu on the left, select Order equipment and services > Equipment.
Order tracking units
To order new tracking units, follow these steps:
In the Order equipment section, under Tracking units, click ORDER NOW.
Enter your contact details. All fields are required.
To ensure you receive the correct tracking unit for the type of vehicle, enter the make and model of the vehicle, then click Add. To remove the tracking unit from the order list, click the x button next to the entry. To change the order quantity, use the + or - buttons. To finalise your order, click Submit. An account manager will contact you to confirm the order.
Order cameras
To order cameras for your vehicles, contact Verizon Connect sales or your customer success manager.
To get more information on cameras, follow these steps:
In the Order equipment section, under Cameras, click LEARN MORE.
The Cameras information site is displayed. It includes a contact number for Verizon Connect sales.
