Go to the Maintenance tab.

Select Inspection history. Optionally, use the filters to narrow down the list of inspections.

Click VIEW next to the inspection you want to export.

Click EXPORT PDF in the upper right corner of the page.

Click DOWNLOAD PDF.

Go to the Maintenance tab.

Select Inspection history. Use the filters to narrow down the list of inspections to only those you want. All remaining inspections will be included in the ZIP file.

Click EXPORT PDFS (ZIP).

A ZIP file is prepared in the background and automatically downloaded to your computer. You receive a browser notification when the download is complete.

Go to the Maintenance tab.

Select Inspection history. Use the filters to narrow down the list of inspections to only those you want. All remaining inspections will be included in the CSV file.

Click EXPORT CSV.
