Detailed, Distance travelled, Fleet summary, and Speeding reports FAQ
We have redesigned the Detailed, Distance travelled, Fleet summary, and Speeding reports. They are now fully mobile responsive.
What has changed?
We changed the design of the report settings and the format of the generated reports. However, the data, functionality, and filtering options remain the same.
Are my saved report settings still available?
Yes. All of your previously saved report settings carry over to the new design.
Are all settings required?
No. Some settings are optional, for example, custom date ranges. Apply them as needed, or run the report using your saved default settings.
Why can’t I edit or refresh my old report?
You cannot edit or refresh a current report the first time you use the new report experience. After this first run, you can edit and rerun reports as usual.
How do I run a report for the first time since the redesign?
Go to the Report page.
Run a new report for your preferred time range.
How do the new report settings work?
The design of the Fleet selection, Time and date selectors has changed as follows:
Fleet selection:
Select entire fleet: Run the report against your entire fleet. If selected, you cannot choose specific vehicles, assets, or drivers manually.
Select vehicles: Choose the vehicles to include in your report.
Select powered assets: Choose the powered assets to include in your report.
Select non-powered assets: Choose the non-powered assets to include in your report (not applicable to all reports).
Select drivers: Choose the drivers to include in your report.
Select groups: Choose the groups to include in your report.
Results view: Determines if the report is grouped by vehicle or driver.
Time settings:
Select the date range for the report: Choose the specific dates for the report. You can choose from preset options or define a custom date range.
Time range: Specify the hours to include in the report (for example, business hours only).
Days of week: To select specific days for the report, clear the All days checkbox and select the buttons only for the days you want to include. For example, to view only weekday activity, select Mon through Fri.
Time zone: Select whether to base the time zone in the report on User, Vehicle, or UTC.
