As a driver, you cannot reset your own ELD Logbook password. Your admin or manager resets it for you in Reveal, either by entering a new password directly on your driver profile or by sending you a password reset email. The reset email comes from noreply@verizonconnect.com with the subject Reset password instructions.
These steps also apply when resetting a Reveal Driver Plus or Reveal Driver app password.
What to do if you cannot log in to ELD Logbook
If you cannot log in to the Logbook app, contact your admin or manager and ask them to reset your ELD Logbook password in Reveal.
How your admin resets your password
Your admin resets your password from the Driver List in the Admin part of Reveal. They can either set a new password directly on your driver profile and share it with you, or select EMAIL PASSWORD RESET on the Mobile Options tab to send you a reset email.
