Recently released
Driver Video Safety Profile is now available on mobile
Following the launch of Video Coaching on your desktop, the Driver Video Safety Profile is now available on iOS and Android mobile devices. These features will help you view and interact with coaching information when on-the-go so that critical driver safety information is at your fingertips.
Reveal for GM
Reveal now supports GM vehicles with built-in telematics hardware which allows you to easily manage and monitor your mobile workforce. Fleets with compatible GM vehicles can be tracked within Reveal without any downtime for hardware installation. Reveal can receive vehicle data directly from the built-in telematics hardware which provides:
- Same day activation in a few easy steps
- Embedded hardware to help reduce tampering
- Tracking devices covered by the vehicle’s factory warranty
Reveal’s integrated solution is available for customers with a GM Fleet Account Number (FAN) and GM vehicles models 2015 or newer.
True mileage on Ford vehicles
Ford vehicles built after 2018 come with a built-in tracking device that can now be added to Reveal over-the-air with no installation downtime. These vehicles will be able to send the vehicle mileage value to Reveal. You may notice a one-time mileage correction if there is a difference between the vehicle odometer and Reveal mileage.
Important Logbook update
At the end of May we are updating the HOS History page and changing how Logbook data is presented in Reveal. To make sure that Logbook data in Reveal is correct and up to date, all drivers using the Logbook app must upgrade to version 3.61.1 or later on Android devices, or version 4.8.1 or later on Apple iOS devices. These app versions include prompts for drivers to change their HOS status and certify their logs before they log out, reducing unnecessary edits and issues.
