Reveal updates: August 2024
Welcome to the August 2024 Reveal updates. This month we review our new smart tags for video users which can help improve coaching, efficiency, and provide reassurance. We also talk about camera swaps, invoice preferences, Morpheus.Network integration, idling threshold updates and our recent Product of the Year award.
Recently released
Near miss smart tag
We have a new cloud AI video analytics smart tag, Near Miss. This smart tag will show when a collision was avoided that could have resulted in damage to a vehicle and/or object or injury to a person and/or animal. This event will be classified as Major.
Collision smart tag
Another new cloud AI video analytics smart tag is Collision. This smart tag will show when an impact occurred with a vehicle, person, animal and/or object. This event will be classified as critical.
Spotlight and Integrated Video now support camera swaps
The Spotlight and Integrated Video apps can now support camera upgrades, without calling in to support. Previously, installers had to call support after physically changing out the camera, causing a delay in work ticket completion.
You can now manage your invoice preferences
Now you are able to add contacts to receive invoices via email. Within “Billing and Payment”, select “Add contact”. Once entered, recipients can be toggled on or off to receive invoices.
New Morpheus.Network integration
Our new integration between Reveal and Morpheus.Network can help you digitize, automate and optimize your extended global supply chains. The platform allows you to easily integrate new technologies like Blockchain, IoT, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and more into your existing infrastructure.
Lower idling threshold option
You can now set the idling threshold for an idling alert at two minutes. This alert flags vehicles idling for longer than a set time. On the Fleet & Alert Options page select a vehicle, driver, or group to monitor (or your entire fleet). Then enter the number of minutes which you regard as excessive idling into the box at Alert triggers. The alert will trigger after a vehicle is idling more than that amount.
