This article is for all Reveal users.
Once you’ve logged in to Reveal for the first time, it’s time to customize your preferences.
To make changes to your account, use the User Preferences section of My Account.
You can manage settings such as display options, regional settings, and personal information.
To access the User Preferences section:

Go to Account profile > My Account.

In the User and Account Preferences panel, click Manage your user and account settings.

Click User preferences.

To show the available options for each feature, click EXPAND. To apply your changes, click SAVE.
You will see the User Preferences section. This is where you can manage the settings for:

Display options
-
Starting map location: the default map location when you open Live Map or create a new Place.

Landing page: what is displayed on the first page you see when you log in to Reveal.

Vehicle and driver: how drivers and vehicles are displayed on labels and balloons.
-

Regional settings: settings for time zone, regional formats such as distance (miles or kilometers) and date, and language.

Notification settings: pop-ups and notification settings, including audio.

Cost assumptions: the default cost per liter/gallon for unleaded and diesel.

Personal information: first and last names, username, employee ID, and phone number
If you are an administrator, you can use the Account Preferences section of My Account to manage settings for users and for your Reveal account.
To access the Account Preferences section:

Go to Account profile > My Account > User and Account Preferences and click Manage your user and account settings.

Click Account preferences.

To show the available options for each feature, click EXPAND. To apply your changes, click SAVE.
In the Account Preferences section, administrators can manage the settings described above, as well as:

General options: settings related to speed limits, idling, and geofence categories.

Hours worked settings: the default criteria for the start and end of the working day in Reports and Dashboard.

Mobile options: the default drivers settings for the Reveal ELD Logbook app.

Driver app settings: whether your drivers can access the following options in the Reveal driver app:

Vehicle assignment

Show stops

Show scorecards
