You should have already provided your vehicle information to Verizon Connect. If you haven't, call Support (option 4).
We will ship your devices to your requested location. You can track your open hardware orders in Your orders, which is found in My Account. To get there, go to Account Profile > My Account at the top of any Reveal page.
Once your devices arrive, it’s time to install them. At the time of sale, you chose who will install the devices. Either someone from your organization (or a third party hired by your organization) will install the devices, or Verizon Connect will send a technician to do so.
You or someone in your organization installs your devices, or you can hire a third party to do so. If you are based in California or Texas, you can still arrange for a third-party installation at Best Buy.
Before starting the installation:

Download the Spotlight app (iOS | Android) and use your Reveal credentials to log in. By using the app, you’ll help to ensure your devices are installed correctly and assigned to the correct vehicle.

When your devices are installed, your vehicles and assets will be visible in the Live Map in Reveal and Spotlight.
If Verizon Connect is managing the installation, we will contact you to schedule a technician to visit your location. You’ll receive an appointment confirmation via email or text. You will need to confirm the appointment. If you’d prefer to call us to make an appointment, or want to reschedule, call Support (option 4).
