Scheduling reports keeps you and your team informed by delivering the latest data directly to your inbox. Scheduled delivery removes the need to run reports manually, ensuring everyone has the data they need on a regular basis.
Reveal sends an email to the people you've selected, containing either a link to the report or a file attachment in PDF or CSV format.
To schedule a report, follow these steps:
- From the Reveal navigation bar, click Reports.
- Run the report you want to schedule if you haven't already done so.
- Click SCHEDULE to open the Schedule Report window.
- To schedule how often you want to run the report, select Daily, Weekly, or Monthly. You can select more than one option.

The Monthly option is not available for some reports.

To set a time range, select a start and end time from the Include time range lists.
Note
This option is not available for some reports.
- Choose a day to run the report.
- Click NEXT.
- Select the checkboxes next to the names of the users you want to receive the report.
- By default, the list shows all users with Reveal profiles. To filter the list, click All Groups and select a group from the list.
- To send the report to an entire group, click GROUPS and select a group from the list.
- To add a new user to Reveal, go to create users in Reveal.

To send reports to people who are not in the user list, enter their email addresses in the Additional Emails field, separated by commas.

This option is not available for some reports.

Choose one of the following:
- Select the PDF or CSV file format options, or
-
Select Attach a file in the format of and choose CSV or PDF from the list.

- Click SAVE.
View and edit scheduled reports
To see your list of scheduled reports, go to the Reports tab and click Scheduled Reports.
The Scheduled Reports page displays the following information:
- Creator: The name of the person who created the schedule.
- Report Name: The title of the report.
- Report Type: The specific type of report that is scheduled.
- Last run: The date and time the report last ran.
- Format: How the report is delivered (LinkOnly, CSV, or PDF).
- Status: Shows if a scheduled report is Active or Inactive. To change the status, select the checkbox in the Creator column and select Activate or Deactivate. Inactive reports do not run automatically but remain in your list for future use.
- Edit (pencil icon): Opens the Scheduled Report window. Here you can update vehicle or driver selections, report options, frequency, and recipients.
Delete (trash icon): Permanently removes the scheduled report.
