You can change your own Reveal username, and admins can change another user’s username or reset another user’s password. Keeping usernames and passwords updated helps users log in reliably and keeps account access secure.
A Reveal username must be an email address. If you log in with a username that's not an email address, change your username to an email address.
If you have also forgotten your password, you'll need to contact your admin to update your username.
