To log in to Spotlight, use the same username and password you use for Reveal. Logging in gives you access to your tasks, location data, and the rest of the Spotlight app from your mobile device.
How to log in to Spotlight
To log in to Spotlight:
- On the initial login screen, tap Log In.
- In Username, enter the email address you use to log in to Reveal.
- In Password, enter your Reveal password.Passwords are case-sensitive.
- If you forgot your password, tap Forgot password? and enter your email address to reset it. Look out for an email from noreply@verizonconnect.com with the subject Reset password instructions.
- Tap Log in.
You might see some onboarding screens describing the app’s features. Use the Skip or Next buttons to navigate through them.
If you are asked to allow the app to use your location, or to confirm that you have read the terms and conditions, choose Allow and I have read and agree to the terms and conditions. Both your location data and acceptance of these terms are required for the app to work correctly.

Unable to log in?
If you are unable to log in to Reveal Spotlight, one of the following might be the cause:
- You might be using incorrect credentials.Use your Reveal username and password. Your username is the email address associated with your Reveal account. All Reveal users have access to Spotlight automatically, so admins do not need to grant it separately.
- You might have mistyped your credentials. Check your username and enter your password again. Ensure that Caps Lock is off and that there are no trailing spaces (spaces at the end of the username or password).
- Your device might not have a network or internet connection. Check your internet Wi-Fi or data connection and try again.
- Your administrator might not have set up your Reveal account yet. Contact your supervisor.
How to log out of Spotlight
To log out of Spotlight:
- In the navigation bar, tap Account.
- Tap Log out, and then tap Yes, I'm sure to confirm.
You are returned to the log in screen.
