We've introduced new features, including advanced adverse condition detection within Integrated Video and a streamlined Edit Vehicle and Asset page, to provide you with more comprehensive insights and improved usability. Additionally, we're proud to highlight our new partnerships with GoCanvas, FASTER, The Hartford, and Navigators, which expand our ecosystem and offer even greater value to your operations. Integrated Video can now detect Adverse Conditions
The AI cloud can now automatically detect when the road is covered by snow, ice, or surface water. When these conditions are present, an “Adverse Conditions" tag will be applied to the event in Reveal.
This new feature provides more context for events, helping you better understand and address situations where reduced visibility, additional hazards, and decreased tire traction may affect your drivers.
New Edit Vehicle and Asset experience
Our new and improved Edit Vehicle and Asset page has been further enhanced to offer an all-in-one view of usage, status specifications, devices, fuel efficiency, and costs. This page can now be viewed from the Fleet and Device list, Edit Vehicle from the Live Map and by clicking the pencil icon within the legacy Asset and Vehicle List.

Simplified Dashcam Assignment and Management
Manage dashcams directly from the Fleet & Device List for greater control and efficiency. This self-service feature simplifies setup for all dashcam types, eliminating the need for support and saving time in deploying or reconfiguring equipment.
New EVC bundle-DVR and 2 Side cameras
Our Extended View Camera bundle, including a DVR and two side cameras, enhances driver awareness by expanding the field of view and eliminating blind spots. Side camera recordings automatically trigger during harsh driving, improving fleet safety and operational efficiency by offering better insights into driving behaviors and aiding risk mitigation.
Fleet & Device List Updates: Enhanced Management & Tracking
The Fleet & Device list has been updated to provide a more dynamic and insightful experience, making it easier to manage your fleet and track devices.
- Interactive Data Charts: Gain a deeper understanding of your fleet with clickable data charts on each tab.
- Streamlined Device Ordering: The new "Order Device" button simplifies the process of acquiring new tracking units, ensuring you get the equipment you need faster.

Schedule a vehicle transfer from My Account
Now, schedule technician appointments for device removal or transfer directly from My Accounts in Reveal. This offers effortless scheduling/rescheduling, upfront pricing, and improved access to appointment information, enhancing fleet management efficiency, device connectivity, and data integrity.
View device errors on the Live Map
Easily identify device errors for vehicle, asset trackers, and cameras directly from the Live Map. Errors include "Non-reporting unit," "False towing," and "Unassigned cameras," with "Multiple tracker or camera errors" categorizing multiple issues.
New Vehicle Overview Tab
The Vehicle Overview tab, found in the Fleet & Device List, centralizes and streamlines vehicle and asset management.
Key Benefits:
- Centralized Data: Access an all-in-one view of vehicle and asset data, including usage, status, specifications, installed devices, fuel efficiency, and costs.
- Streamlined Editing: Edit details directly on this single page, improving efficiency and data accessibility.
Driver Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR) upgrade
The upgraded Driver Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR) simplifies inspections, allowing drivers to add up to three tracked trailers or assets without restarting. Drivers select "Add trailer or asset," and if in Reveal, it's added. Each vehicle or asset has a customizable checklist with photos and comments. Inspections are independently submitted and stored, and failed inspections can alert managers.
New Geofence Quick Reference Guide
Geofencing, a simple yet impactful Reveal feature, offers significant benefits with minimal setup. This guide details how to use geofences to track vehicles, reduce idle time, improve job tracking, cut fuel waste, enhance resource planning, and increase site visibility. You'll wonder how you managed without them.
