The Fleet and device list has the following components:
-
A: Data charts
-
B: Tabs: Entire fleet, Device errors, Incomplete installations, Unassigned cameras
-
C: Filter (one on each tab)
-
D: Table/list
The dashboard consists of 3 charts:
-
Entire fleet chart: Shows the makeup of your fleet - vehicle, powered assets and non-powered assets. The total is the number of things that you are tracking in Reveal.
-
Device errors chart: Shows the number of devices (your trackers and cameras) with errors, grouped by severity.
-
Installation status chart: Shows the number of trackers that have been installed and the number that have not been installed.
The Entire fleet tab is where you manage and edit your vehicles and assets.
The Entire fleet table has the following columns:
-
Vehicle/Asset number: The number associated with the vehicle or asset in Reveal.
-
Vehicle/Asset name: The name of the vehicle or asset in Reveal. By default, this is the ESN of the device installed, but it can be updated to something more meaningful.
-
Type: The type can be vehicle, powered asset, or non-powered asset.
-
Driver: The name of the driver assigned to the vehicle.
-
Primary group: A vehicle or asset can be assigned to one or more groups. Only the group marked as the primary group will show here. For more information about groups, read Creating and editing groups.

-
Status: This column shows the status of the tracker and cameras. If a vehicle has both a tracker and a camera, a status for each displays. The devices can be either online or offline:
-
If a tracker or camera is online, it has reported to Reveal in the last 5 minutes.
-
If a tracker or camera is offline, it has not reported to Reveal in the last five minutes.
-
-
Device errors: If the device or devices installed in the vehicle or asset have errors, the Needs attention status and the number of associated errors appears in this column. Further information about errors can be found on the Device errors tab.
-
Actions: From the Actions menu, you can access the Edit Vehicle page, Edit Asset page and, if the vehicle has a camera installed, the Camera list.
You can search the table by driver and vehicle name. You can also filter the table by type, that is by vehicle, powered asset or non-powered asset.
