Operational Insights uses generative AI to give you clear, actionable information about the performance of your vehicles and powered assets. It highlights key trends and inconsistencies so you can quickly understand fleet performance.Use these insights to help cut costs, improve safety, reduce fuel consumption, and boost efficiency.
Important: This feature is available only to customers using US English and is not included with Reveal Starter. Also, this feature does not support non-powered assets.
View your fleet’s Operational Insights
You can view your fleet's insights from the Insights page or the Live Map panel.
To view from the Insights page

From the main navigation bar, select Insights.

Filter your view by selecting an Insight Type and the time frame you want to review.

Select APPLY.
To view from the Live Map panel

The insights panel appears on the Live Map and shows an overview of your latest insights at the start of the week. Click an insight to see it in more detail.

To see your insights at any time, go to the main Insights page, select GO TO INSIGHTS.
Review and manage Operational Insights
The Insights page helps you review your data to compare your vehicle or powered asset performance over different time periods or against your fleet's average. Unread insights have a blue dot beside them and recent insights can be viewed in Recently viewed.
Operational Insight types

Distance Driven: See changes in the total miles your vehicles travel. Use this insight to identify inefficient routes or changes in driver workload.

Harsh Driving Events: Track how often your drivers use harsh acceleration, braking, and cornering. Use this insight to improve driver safety and reduce wear and tear on your vehicles.

Idling: Identify vehicles with significant changes in idling times. Reducing unnecessary idling can cut down on fuel consumption and emissions.

Location Frequency: View changes in how often your vehicles visit specific locations. Use this insight to optimize routes, manage service schedules, and understand customer visit patterns.

Number of Stops: Track increases or decreases in the number of stops your vehicles make. This insight can uncover routing opportunities or highlight changes in operational demands.

Speeding: Detect trends related to speeding incidents within your fleet. Addressing speeding can improve safety, reduce accident risks, and ensure compliance with regulations.
