Are your drivers missing their vehicle inspections?
Our DVIR customers can now set up an alert to flag any missed inspections. The new Missed Inspection alert helps your fleet managers ensure your drivers perform their required vehicle inspections before starting their day, so you can be sure they are following company policies and meeting compliance requirements.
How the Missed Inspection alert works:
You’ll receive an alert when one of your drivers starts operating a vehicle without first performing an inspection. The alert will be triggered if:
The last inspection of that vehicle was more than 8 hours ago.
The vehicle starts moving at a speed of 5 miles per hour, or greater.
Just like the other Reveal alerts, the Missed Inspection alerts can be created and managed from the “Alerts” tab. You just need to remember to tie each alert to one or more of your DVIR inspection forms. Alerts can be sent to multiple recipients, via email, SMS or in-app.
