Create a new support case

This article describes how to create a new support case when you are experiencing an issue in Reveal.

To create a new support case:

  1. In Reveal, click on your user icon in the upper right corner of the screen.

  2. Click MY ACCOUNT.

  3. From the My Account landing page, under Need help with Reveal?, click View support cases. A new tab opens.

  4. Make sure the Support Cases tab is selected in the menu on the left.

  5. Make sure that you have endeavored to resolve any issues you might have by using the help center. Click Help in the upper right corner of the screen to view all help articles.

  6. Click Live Chat in the lower right corner of the screen.

  7. In the Live Chat window, type your issue or request. If the suggested help articles don’t resolve your issue, type "Agent" to talk to a support agent. If the support agent can’t help you solve your issue, the agent will create a support case for you.
