View job contact history

From the My Jobs screen, tap a job card to open the Job Details screen for that job.

From the Job Details screen, in the Contact history section, tap View.

If there were previous jobs for a contact, they will be listed on the next screen. A maximum of 20 jobs can be displayed, with the newest ones first. You can view the details of each job, including the names of the technicians that worked on the job and job records such as photos, notes, and signatures.
