From the Maintenance screen, click Fuel Purchases to open the Fuel Purchases screen.
The Fuel Purchases screen displays three tiles that show the following data for the selected month and vehicles:

Total Quantity: The quantity of fuel purchased

Total Cost: The cost of the fuel purchased

Average Price per Unit: The average price per unit of fuel (where "unit" is litres or gallons, as defined in your account settings)
The Fuel Purchases screen also lists the fuel purchases that have been manually entered into the system, in the Purchase Records List.
To filter the Fuel Purchases tiles and Purchase Records List by month, click the down arrow in the Show purchases for field, and then select the month you want to view fuel purchase data for.
To filter the Fuel Purchases tiles and Purchase Records List by vehicle, click the down arrow in the Filter transactions for this vehicle field, and then select the vehicle you want to view fuel purchase data for.
You can manually add fuel purchase data on the Fuel Purchases screen.
To add a fuel purchase:

Click the +ADD FUEL PURCHASE button to open the Add Fuel Purchase dialog box.

Click the down arrow
in the Vehicle field, and then select the name of the vehicle that the fuel was purchased for.

Click the calendar icon
in the Purchase Time field, and then select the date and time when the fuel purchase was made.

Enter the name of the fuel station in the Location field. As you begin to type, locations that you have already created (on the Places screen) are listed below this field.

You can either type in the location name or select it from the list. If you select the location from the list, the Address field is then auto-completed.

If the Address field has not auto-completed, enter the address, or part of the address, in the field, and then press
Enter
to search. The search results are listed below the field.Note

Complete the Description field; for example, enter "Petrol" or "Diesel" to reflect what was purchased.

Complete the Volume and Unit Cost fields. The Cost field is then auto-completed.

Click Create. The fuel purchase is then listed in the Purchase Records List. You might need to select the correct month in the Show purchases for field to see the new entry.
Note
To edit a fuel purchase entry, click to open the Edit Fuel Purchase dialog box, make your changes, and then click Save. To delete a fuel purchase entry, click
and then click OK on the confirmation dialog box.
Note
To run a fuel report, click the Reports tab. You can run a variety of fuel reports, including "Fuel efficiency" and "Fuel purchased".
