To view a list of inspection forms that are available to your drivers in the Reveal Driver Plus mobile app:
Go to the Maintenance page.
Select the Inspection forms tab.
The list contains all inspection forms that you have created. If you want to view the inspection items within an inspection form, click the three dots under ACTIONS, and then select Edit.
For each inspection form in the list, you can see the following information:
Form name: The inspection form that is provided with Reveal is called “Default Template” but can be changed. All other inspection forms have the name that you provided when you created the form.
Number of items: The number of inspection items that need to be filled out by the driver during a vehicle or asset inspection
Fleet: The group of vehicles or assets that this inspection form is assigned to.
Status: “Active” means that the inspection form has been published and is available to your drivers in the Reveal Driver Plus mobile app. “Draft” means that the inspection form has not been published and is not available to any drivers.
