This article describes how to create a new inspection form that can be displayed to your drivers in the Reveal Driver Plus mobile app. It describes how to:

Go to the Maintenance page.

Select the Inspection forms tab.

Click CREATE.

On the Create inspection form page, enter a name for the form, its description and, if required, select an existing form template from the dropdown menu.

Click CREATE

On the next screen, you can create your inspection form by dragging and dropping the available components into the desired locations. You can add inspection items, free text, and groups. Groups allow you to group inspection items or free text components or both together under a common heading. Each item, text component, group or item within a group can be moved up or down within the form by using the drag icon
. You can copy items, text components, or groups by using the copy icon
. And you can delete items, text components, or groups by using the delete icon
.

When you have finished creating your inspection form, click NEXT.

Choose whether you want your drivers to have an inspection form that requires them to mark defects only, or one that requires them to mark both defects and non-defected items. Click SAVE.
To copy an existing form:

Go to the Maintenance page.

Select the Inspection forms tab.

In the row for the inspection form you want to copy, under ACTIONS, click the three dots, and then select Copy.

Change the name of the form, enter an optional description, and make changes to the inspection items if necessary.

Click NEXT.

Select the layout. When you have finished editing the form, click SAVE.
