The Exception report identifies violations of your account preferences. Use this report to monitor events like excessive idling, unauthorized stops in geofences, out-of-hours use, late starts, and early finishes.
Learn how to Run a report and then select from:
Exception options
- Group by: Organize the report by exception type or by driver.
- Show idling over: Set a minimum idling time (in minutes). You can also choose to include or exclude events in specific geofences.
- Show stops over: Set a minimum stop duration (in minutes). You can also choose to include or exclude events in specific geofences.
- Show Stops at these places: Select which locations to include in the report.
- Show Late Starts after: Select the checkbox and choose a time from the list.
- Show Early Finishes before: Select the checkbox and choose a time.
- Show Late Finishes after: Select the checkbox and choose a time.
- Show Activity after: Select the checkbox and choose a time.
By default, timecard options are imported from your account preferences. To customize these settings, clear the Use the hours worked criteria from account preferences checkbox. You can then set:
- Start criteria for calculating hours worked
- End criteria for calculating hours worked
- Ignore start and end travel
Advanced options
- Show: Choose to display Address Only, Geofences, or Both.
- Include closest x Geofences: Select how many nearby geofences to display (from 1 to 5).
- Include page break between drivers: Select this to start each driver’s information on a new page.
- Days to include: Choose which days of the week to include.
- Time Zone: Choose to show time based on the User, Vehicle, or UTC.
- Include time range: Select the specific hours to include in the report.
- Region: Select your country.
