Your jobs are scheduled, assigned, and sent to your mobile device by your office.
To see your jobs in the Reveal Field Mobile App, tap My Jobs.
Jobs are displayed on one of the following tabs:
OVERDUE: Jobs assigned to you, but not completed on the date scheduled, appear on the OVERDUE tab. The oldest jobs show at the top of the list. Jobs stay here for up to two weeks, or until their status is updated to "Finished". For more information on job statuses, read this guide on updating your job status.
TODAY: The TODAY tab opens by default when you sign in to the app. This tab lists a job card for each of your assigned jobs that are scheduled for today. The jobs you need to do first appear at the top of the list. All completed jobs are automatically removed from TODAY at the end of the day. Unfinished jobs are moved to the OVERDUE tab.
UPCOMING: The UPCOMING tab lists Jobs assigned to you, up to a month before they are scheduled. The jobs are grouped by scheduled date.
The map
The map appears in all tabs and shows the location of your jobs with coloured, numbered pins.
The colour of each pin matches its job's status (yellow = "On My Way"; blue = "Started"; green = "Finished"), as displayed on the job card.
