View job contact history

Use the Reveal Field mobile app to view the details of previous jobs that were carried out for a contact. To do this, on the job details screen, go to Contact details > Contact history, and click View.

If there were previous jobs for a contact they will show in a list. A maximum of 20 jobs will show, with the newest ones first. You will also see the technicians that have worked on the jobs, customer information and past job records including photos, notes and signatures.
