Track total mileage across your fleet to verify vehicle activity against work schedules and simplify regulatory compliance. This report provides a clear record of distance covered by vehicles and assets during your chosen hours or shifts.

Run a report
To run the report:
- Go to Reports > Distance travelled report.
- Select your preferences in the Fleet selection, Time settings, and Advanced options sections.
- Select RUN REPORT.
Fleet selection
- Select entire fleet: Run the report against your entire fleet. If selected, you cannot choose specific vehicles, assets, or drivers manually.
- Select vehicles: Choose the vehicles to include in your report.
- Select powered assets: Choose the powered assets to include in your report.
- Select non-powered assets: Choose the non-powered assets to include in your report (not applicable to all reports).
- Select drivers: Choose specific drivers to include.
- Select groups: Filter by specific groups.
- Results view: Choose whether to organise results by vehicle or driver.
Time settings
- Date range: Select a pre-set or custom date range.
- Time range: Specify the hours to include, such as business hours.
- Days of week: Deselect the All days checkbox to pick specific days, like Monday through Friday.
- Time zone: Choose to base the report on the User, Vehicle, or UTC time zone.
Advanced options
- Group by: Split results into separate lists based on team or location to see totals for each region or department.

Show additional columns:
- Private travel: Separate distance designated as private use.
- Toll travel: View distance covered on toll roads.
- Odometer values: See odometer readings for the start and end of the period.
- Show driver/vehicle assignments: View the driver assigned to a vehicle. The report automatically displays the vehicle when grouping by driver, or the driver when grouping by vehicle.
- Show vehicles/drivers without travel: Include assets that did not move during the time frame to identify idle equipment.
- Region: Select your country to ensure measurement units and date formats are correct.
Geofence view
If you select Geofences showing vehicle/driver mileage in the Group by settings, the report layout changes to focus on location data.
- Choose geofences or saved locations from the pop-up window.
- The report only shows distance travelled inside those specific boundaries.
- You can select individual geofences, categories, or groups.
Report details
Depending on your settings, the following columns may appear:
- Vehicle or Driver: The name of the asset or person.
- Private / Non-private: Distance covered in or out of Private mode.
- Toll / Non-toll: Distance covered on or off toll roads.
- Odometer at start / Odometer at end: Odometer readings for the selected range.
- Distance travelled during shift times: Total distance covered during the specified hours.
Grouped views
When you use the Group by setting (such as by Groups, Countries, or Geofences), the report creates separate tables for each category. This allows you to view subtotals for each department or region individually.
