View your scheduled appointments

The Appointment View gives you an overview of which technicians are assigned to your appointments each day.

To access Appointment View, select "Appointment" from the drop-down menu in the upper right corner.

Use the arrows in the upper left corner to browse past and upcoming days. Click Today to return to the current day.

Hover over an appointment to open a pop-up window that shows the appointment's details and assigned technicians.

To edit a job, click it, make your changes, and then click SAVE.

To quickly create a new appointment, click on the scheduler and add the basic details such as date, duration, technician, and start time.
